Holiday Policy
According to state regulations providing holiday guidelines for family daycares, we are closed on the following days:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veteran’s Day
- Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Hours
Full Time
We are open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. Your fee covers 10 hours of childcare every day. (i.e 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 7 AM to 5 PM)
Part Time
Depending on the needs of parents, part-time options are available. But we will have to develop a schedule. We would appreciate it if you bring your child at the agreed times according to the schedule. If you need to change your childs schedule, feel free to discuss the matter with me.

Morning
6:30 am-8:30 am: Children arrive
8:30 am-9:00 am: Breakfast
9:00 am-9:30 am: Free Play (indoors or outdoors depending on weather)
9:30 am-9:45 am: Morning Snack
9:45 am-11:45 am: Children 2 and up attend preschool program. Infants enjoy circle time/free play.
Afternoon
11:45 am-12:15 pm: Lunch
12:15 pm-2:30 pm: Nap time
2:30 pm-3:00 pm: Reading/puzzle/music time
3:30 pm-5:00 pm: Dinner
5:00 pm-5:15 pm: Free Play (indoors or outdoors depending on weather)
5:15 pm-6:00 pm: Indoor free play
Birthdays
Birthdays are always a special day and we like to celebrate.
Before the birthday party, please make arrangements with me regarding the cake and refreshments for the kids.
Illness and Medication
In case of illness, parents will be notified immediately.
If your child has any allergies, we ask you please provide a list.
If your child requires medication, we ask you to provide the medication and written instruction for its use.
Meals
We freshly prepare 3 nutritious daily meals in addition to morning and afternoon snacks.
Sample Menu
Breakfast: Cereal such as cheerios, oat bran, corn flakes, oatmeal, raisin bran, nutria grains, shredded wheat with milk and raisins or sliced fruits.
Snack: Juice and pancakes or fruits/crackers with peanut butter.
Lunch: Sandwiches with chicken, turkey, scrambled eggs, ham, American cheese, served with tomatoes, cucumber, or radishes.
Hot dogs, chicken nuggets.
Dinner: Variety of meat and vegetable dishes.
Fresh, homemade soups like:
Tomato soup, bouillon, cauliflower soup, red beet soup, potato soup, mixed vegetable soup.
Each soup is served with meat and noodles/rice.
Snack: Juice and fruits or yogurt and crackers.
